Hadn't thought about using PowerPoint itself - printing 4-up in Word seemed like an easy place to start.

When I looked at it, I worked out that the actual Notes were in Shapes(2) - it seemed a bit odd, but it worked. I see you have used the name "Rectangle 3", which strikes me as even odder although you imply there is a way to do better. More study is obviously required
