    IMPORTRANGE not pulling data

    I am unable to get separate google sheets to communicate with each other using IMPORTRANGE even though I am the owner of both sheets. The button to allow access is not presented. Please see attached screenshot. Here is the formula; =IMPORTRANGE("https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nBGdeXmawtXq69nlPcaa3czcpx8-f7h7/edit?gid=321875791#gid=321875791", "01-JAN!$D$49")
