To futher extropolate... where most citizens are able to purchase guns under less agressive gun control laws than we have, there are more guns in the hands of law abiding citizens. More guns in their hands leads to more thefts (the guns are available during our typical B&E, where they currently aren't as we don't have them.) More guns stolen in theft now mean more guns in the hands of already proven criminals, who are also more apt to use them.Originally Posted by CBrine
