Combination algorithm for this condition

I have excel vba problem,


10 teams,


One times do each team play each other, 45 matches.


Week 1
Place A - 5 teams of 10
Place B - other 5 teams of 10
Week 2
Place C - 5 teams of 10
Place D - other 5 teams of 10
Week 3
Place E - 5 teams of 10
Place F - other 5 teams of 10


I need a combination algorithm for this condition
